Finishes for exteriors have changed over the years. When I started painting houses, oil base paint was the best product to use, then it changed to latex paint. Nowadays, we use 100% acrylic paint. These products out perform oil base hands down. We use the latest techniques to achieve the finest finish. All surfaces are thoroughly washed, scraped, sanded and primed before any finish coats are applied.
